Southwest Greens has recently commemorated a 15-year presence in the EMEA area — an achievement we are proud of. From a “cowboy” beginning of taking an artificial soccer turf and dubbing it a tee box to customized solutions that appear and feel like natural — a lot has evolved.
At Southwest Greens, we begin developing with the end result in mind. We make every effort to create artificial putting green turf that has the same appearance of genuine turf. The experience we mentioned is in terms of ball behavior — more specifically — bounce, aim, and roll.
Bounce, aim, and roll speaks of the underlying technology behind our artificial putting green turf products. This project is known as “Science Behind The Surface,” and we review our synthetic turf against natural greensward via a playability assessment tool.
